MIND-BODY THERAPY FOR WOMEN IN PERTH
Small, trauma-informed women’s groups to support nervous system regulation and emotional regulation. Practices include guided breathing, mindfulness, meditation, and gentle somatic movements
Women’s Groups designed to be A SOFT AND GROUNDED SPACE FOR WOMEN WHO FEEL OVERWHELMED, ANXIOUS, LOW, STUCK, BURNT OUT, OR SIMPLY NOT THEMSELVES.
If you have been holding it all together for too long, navigating stress, tension, emotional heaviness, or moments of disconnection, your body may be asking for a different kind of support. The Breathing Studio offers a gentle approach to healing, weaving together mind body therapy, nervous system care, and emotional recovery in a nurturing setting.
Women’s Therapy Groups
Women’s Emotional Regulation Groups provide a safe, supportive space for women to develop practical skills in calming the mind and body, regulating the nervous system, and restoring emotional balance.
Led by Clinical Psychologist Chantal Vander Kraats, these small groups (maximum of 5 women) meet once a week for 90 minutes over 5 consecutive weeks. Each session includes gentle, experiential practices such as guided breathing, mindfulness, meditation, and somatic regulation exercises.
These groups are designed for women experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, or burnout, and are particularly helpful for those who want to learn body-based strategies in addition to individual therapy.
